As for me....Monday is my official weigh day....last week I only lost 0.2 lbs.
Anywho, I weighed yesterday b/c I knew today was Valentines and that my sweetie and I would have chinese or thai or something outrageous and I didn't want one meal of cheating to make me feel like I screwed the whole week up 
This way I have an entire week to make up for today's cheating. LOL

I honestly didn't think I could ever stick with something good for me this long. I have learned to pick myself back up after a fall down and to allow myself to cheat now and again.
