This is what I had today:
Breakfast: Chobani Greek yogurt, 8oz glass of SoyMilk, and 8oz cup of coffee
Lunch: potato casserole with shredded pepper jack cheese
Snack: Spanish olives, one Triscuit cracker
Dinner: chicken seasoned with Mexican chile powder, Italian seasonings and garlic salt, cooked in EVOO and peas with fresh ground black pepper. Plenty of water and soymilk today
