I'm really loving the www.loseit.com app. It makes it so simple to keep up with my food for the day. It scans bar codes on snacks, etc and puts them into a database of foods. It also records exercise and adds the calories burned and adds them to your calorie allowance for the day, then tells you how much over or under you are for the day.
My day:
Pre-Workout snack: Carnation Instant breakfast w/fat free milk
1/2 Clif Peanut Butter Toffee Buzz Bar
Post-Workout snack: 1 scoop whey protein w/amino acid powder
1/2 Clif Bar
Breakfast: Hardee's Double Egg Biscuit
Snack: Hostess 100 calorie snack cake
Jello Fat Free Chocolate Pudding
Lunch: 2 egg salad wraps on whole wheat tortilla
Snack: 1 large banana
Supper: 1 1/2 cup pinto beans
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 1/2 slices turkey meatloaf
8 oz fat free milk
My daily calorie allowance is 1833
I swam 1 hr 50 minutes 1635 cals burned

Today was a bit different as we only cheat one day a week. Miss Pink is in the midst of painting our dining room, kitchen and office with the help of one of our best friends. We had Hardee's because she was knee deep in prepping the walls. My Mama supplied our supper because she knew Pinky was too busy to cook. Mama's food is cooked fairly healthy but her portions are a LOT bigger than we normally eat and I'm not about to let good country cookin' go to waste!!
