I had some dark chocolate lastnight and ended up giving most of my food to my coworker due to not having an appetite.
This is what I will be having today:
Breakfast:
Egg burrito that has:
One egg
Flour tortilla
Pace Medium Salsa - just a dab
Shredded Pepper Jack - Sprinkle
Seasoned with a dash of garlic salt and Mexican Chile Powder
8oz cup of SoyMilk
6oz cup of coffee
Lunch:
Healthy Choice TV Dinner
Dinner:
Black beans and rice
Snacks:
Handful of Triscuit crackers
Medium Salsa
Handful of Olives
Clementine
I got a compliment lastnight from my coworker. She said, you could see how much weight I have lost! I was speechless and thanked her
