Just asking....but...is a level that low even safe?
I was looking up guidelines on body fat percentage (for myself....cuz mine is pretty shocking) and found
this article. Not sure how scientific or correct it is....but it's saying that a level of 12% is pretty much essential for health for females.
It just sounds really low....
