If i may, id like to say I like having my doors opened, chairs pulled out etc even though i can take care of myself and i do, this shows respect to both parties involved or just in general.

Definitely agreed, It is sad but true, definitely gone to the wayside.. So it is nice to be reminded that it is still alive some where out there
