Made some chicken boobs tonight with this sauce: 2 large garlic cloves
8oz Greek yogurt
4oz roasted red peppers
1 Tablespoon minced fresh chili
½ lemon juiced
... Kosher salt to taste
Over some wheat pasta it was pretty good.
