Good Evening Everyone,
I went to the dr's today and he did an ECHO sonogram on my heart and thyroid; then fitted me with a heart monitor. I called out of work again and came home to sleep. This is what I had today:
Breakfast:
Chobani Greek Yogurt
Soymilk
Lunch:
Hot Pocket
Triscuit crackers
Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
Dinner.
Tuna steak
Mac & Cheese
