AQ 4Earth Mind yr commitments. Don't over-involve this wk. Budget yr time/money/spirit wisely. Okay to be a bit conservative there.
That fits. My counselor advised me to get my house (physical and emotional) in order before taking on too many outside things. I'm cautiously optimistic that my depression and confusion are receding, but I can't overdo myself.
