i had -
a perfectly roasted chicken, delicious
with oven roasted red potatoes, with a little EVOO & fresh parsley
Stir fried vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, carrots, raisins & mushrooms)
It turned out so Yummy!
