I admit to being a bit distracted lately!

I'm finally at a decent spot, wearing jeans that I bought 10 years ago, and haven't seen for about 3 years. I'm less concerned about the numbers on the scale, I weigh 10lbs more now then I did then, but I'm (honestly) vain enough to worry that if I lose that last 10, my face will look saggy, my chest will shrink, and I'll start to look 'older'.

I know that being unable to eat flour/wheat/gluten played a big roll in the loss. Some of the foods that 'replace' wheat are very high in fat or sugar, so I will have to contue to use caution with them, but I'm thrilled that I found bread, crackers, and even frozen pizza that doesn't cause all the discomfort!

So, I'm 5'6", weigh 150-155, and wear a size 12 (loosely). I know that according to the charts, I'm still 'overweight' but I'm comfortable. I need to continue to try to firm up, but had to decrease the hiking because of the knee, so I'll just work more with weights, and am considering working more in a swimming pool to reduce stress on my joints. Some hardship~I love being in/near water!
