Default I read this somewhere...

Soy is cheap to grow, yields productive crops, and the texture is so flexible that it's hidden in foods you'd never suspect to find it (like hamburgers and a TON of packaged foods you buy).

Now, a bit of soy protein from fermented sources like miso, tempeh, and
fermented tofu in moderation can be a nice break from animal proteins

(fermenting soy inactivates harmful effects)-

-PROBLEM IS, most soy these days is so over-processed that it renders the
protein virtually useless!

Not only that, but it's estimated that more than 60% of the products found in
supermarkets now contain some form of processed soy...

...WHAT'S WORSE is that even 100g of soy protein can have as much estrogen as a birth control pill...

...Yikes!

Now that's bad enough for women, as when there is too much soy in the system, a woman can experience thyroid issues, leading to a variety of other problems ranging from fatigue, low libido, and heavy periods to dry skin and weight gain...

Not sure if all or any of it is true however. ANY THOUGHTS?
