Happy Hump Day Healthies ♥

Off to the Gym in about 20 mins, taking advantage of the time i have this week, so this will be day 3 in a row..

Monday was weights & cardio (elliptical & stationary bike) , great workout.
was going to do a Zumba class but they delayed the class because a previous class got a late start and so we opted to go next Monday since we'd already been at the Gym for so long as it was..

Yesterday, was treadmill.. We did an hour and on a setting called hills where throughout that hour it will incline and decline - talk about a workout, goodness..

Today, is weights & cardio again, will get some stationary bike in, some elliptical, work out the abs today as well as do the weight machines..

Tomorrow is weigh in day, hoping for 2-3 lbs loss.. i feel abit of a difference in my clothes, but that could be inches too.. i need to measure again soon as well.. so will be back to report the weigh in!
