Lately i've been feeling kinda puny but doing all I can to stay on this weight loss trip,unfortunalty my arthritis has been on tear wich has slowed me down a lot,then I got theis upper respitory thing that isnt helping.I went to the docs yesterday and he uped my tramadole pills to 100mg 2x daliy..I got a shot of the stuff then a shot of steriods to back it up and help with the cold.I also havent had a solid nights sleep in a week ..and you'all know that dosent help.I also have worked out much cause every time I do i'm week as a kitten afterwards even with a light work out.Needless to say I hope with all the meds I will be back to myself soon cause I dont do sick very well.
I have been keeping up with how all of you are dont wich is great,keep it up,those who are also feeling porely..my heart go's out to you..get well soon.
