Happy Hump Day Healthies!!!!!!
This week we have somewhat fell off the boat, or ship or whatever we are on. Went to a basketball game and we didn't exactly eat asparagus there. Good news is we only gained a tiny bit. Today we are back on track. Dinner will be baked chicken, sweet potato, steamed broccoli and cauliflower. We will be drinking all the water we can drink and to try and shed those couple of pounds we went up this week.
It's easy to get off the ship for a day or two. But, we are ready to climb back on board.
