I may not be here for a few days. We shall see but if not it is a non smoking place I am going to..ha the hospital.
I am having a few issues that I may or may not be admitted for.

But I will be back. That is only if I don't get it under controle so I don't have to go...crossin fingers.

You're developing your coping strategies and it is amazing, it really does get soooooo much easier until eventually it's second nature. I'm still amazed pretty much every day almost 2yrs later that I'm nicotine free. Even more amazing now it's coupled with sobriety too

uniquetobeme: rearranging your porch sounds like a smashing idea. Just make it look different enough to break the visual cue, then you may still be able to enjoy your porch (oh how I wish I had a porch). When you've developed your coping strategies and that positvie self talk to deal with cravings you will be able to be around friends who are still smokers. For now it's more important you stay nicotine free.
