We did the exercise about a month ago and he said the same thing last time, after struggling to think of anything else! I don't want pizza for dinner.

I don't want to go to the movies.

I don't want to get diabetes/cancer/gingivitis/pick a condition.

I don't want to do my homework.

That makes me a bit sad that that's all he could come up with.
