Them driving you home after dinner, (not long after my dad's funeral) and for no apparent reason pulls off the side of the road... leaves you guessing as to what's going on (WAY out in middle of nowhere) then your door is opened and a bundle of freshly picked spring flowers are handed to you in the most endearing and affectionate manner ....

To this day, that old abandoned house with the lovely, forgotten, unattended gardens is one of my most favorite places to visit memory lane and relive that swooooning feeling ....
