I love being nude. Feeling the wind on my skin. When I lived in the country I used to go out nude on every first snow fall to give thanks for the changing season... cloak to start... and when I got to the pasture, cloak gets dropped and I could dance naked in the reflecting moonlight,

Nude at home too. My kids have been raised with casual nudity as a very regular thing. Wake up, strip walk to bathroom for shower... no big deal. Don't like your clothes for bed, sleep naked... no big deal... Of course this came along with who its ok to be nude around, and when its not ok to be nude. Lots of social lessons.

I think that being comfortable with nudity in appropriate situations teaches them not only to be comfortable with themselves, but respect the bodies and personal boundaries of others.
