ok so i wrangled before, so I know the drill. If you want to sign up ask for any rules you may not know. First timers welcome! You will get one tin for each artist that signs up..........so if 10 sign up, you get 10 tins ! I have hundreds (omg)........ feel free to do the tins any way you delight in. Paint them, cut them up (wear gloves please) glitter them, sparkle them, paper them...well you get the idea............
