Just finished my 45 minutes on the bike,
waiting for coffe....this morning I have my first
"follow-up" appointment at the clinic....
I don't think I have anything to worry about -
I have lost 23 pounds in a month and I am still on the straight and narrow....so to speak!
I'll be back later to let you know what the Dr. has to say....
