A very beautiful, peaceful, delightful day spent enjoying the sunshine and a good meal with my family. No fighting, squabbling, spatting, or ... just having a nice time enjoying eachother's company and feeling at peace that Mom is in better health than this time last year. Then enjoying the drive home right at sunset.

Thinking about Monday and my courage to finally facilitate a meeting with my old HR office... to get a weight lifted off my shoulders and DO SOMETHING about the abuse that still goes on even after my resignation. My joy comes from making things better for those I left behind.
