Tonight, it is easy!!! I am meeting friends at the newest Chinese buffet.
But last night, it was yummy; leftovers from lunch which was roast and potatoes and homemade apple pie (the very first one I have ever attempted).
~thinking I will turn leftover potatoes into potato soup~
