Five good things
1) Being able to sleep on my left side, now that I've had a couple months of PT for my shoulder
2) Falling asleep, giving in to total relaxation and blankness
3) That endorphic rush when I start my reps on one of the stationary weight machines
4) The smell inside my new car, like happiness and freedom
5) Walking into a clean kitchen in the morning, and the coffee is waiting
