Hey, Clay, why don't you make your dinner for tonight so you'll have something to eat but go ahead and make the sauce for tomorrow? It's better the next night anyway.

As for myself, I'm feeding my housemate, apparently. I'm going to saute like I've never sauted before! Turkey sausage sliced with onions, red and green peppers, and maybe some nice jasmine rice too.
