So today, i am going to try a 2nd healthy snack later in the afternoon, and then eat supper on my 10 min break.. i'll just have to be certain i prepare meals that are easy to get ready and eat within that 10 min time frame, or just settle with the fact i'll have to eat once i get home at night..

Dealing with schedules is tricky. It sounds like you have a good strategy in mind, with the additional healthy snacks. I get up at 6:15 and eat a banana, then when I get to work at 9, I eat a power bar with my coffee. I eat lunch around 12:30 or later if I can hold out. At 3, my cravings are through the roof. I take an apple to work with me and eat it at that time. Or, I eat a packet of instant oatmeal.
What really helps is drinking Mate tea in the afternoon. It's a natural appetite suppressant, and it doesn't make me jittery or too zippy, like with coffee. I'm out of Mate, but this reminds me, I could go by the health food store on my lunch hour tomorrow and get some.
Good luck!
