I'm doing the "lots of good stuff for you every 2-3 hours" thing and feeling much better as a result. And water. Water, water, everywhere...

I decided not to track weight or measurements, so I can't speak to any changes in those departments. I just wanna *feel* good. I know when that starts happening then other favorable changes are happening too.
