Forgot to mention this earlier...

I've been getting these Minute Ready-to-Serve rice packs; they're rice perfection! Individual bowls....one minute in the microwave.

I've had the brown and the brown & wild (

). I'll get that multi-grain medley if I can ever find it around here!!!!

I mostly use it as a filler to add to soup, beans, peppers, etc... It also helps me to get my whole grains in.
