These are some wicked cool ideas and thoughts and although I don't do the canning thing, my girl does and she is super into it. I love that she has hobbies and interests that I don't. It makes me appreciate her even more!! And yum the rewards are delicious... lol.
Maybe someone could start a canning/preserving thread and share all this info stuff with each other... if it hasn't already happened of course.
