Tommi's saying that there are 9 letters in BEAUTIFUL and they are to be no wider than 8". Add at least 2" in between and the space must be more than 7 feet and 4 inches. He's taking into consideration that the letters i and l probably won't be the full 8" across.

However, did I not see that some of the letters were on a background? Or are they all cut outs?

Edited to add: some of the letters are on a background, so they should still all be about the same size, Tommi, if y'all do the same thing.
