I'm coloring easter eggs and making a few baskets tonight and can't help smiling as I remember us coloring all of those eggs and making 50 easter baskets for the old folks' home.

And everybody else there. Good times.

When we handed them out, remember the couple trading their socks without saying a word? durrrrrrrrr's deadpan answer when the lady asked if the eggs were hard boiled. ("That's what we're telling people.) She was tickled by the old smartass.

We will definitely do that again next year. This year, it was just too much to swing on top of a little party we're planning for next week. That was so fun!

That was so much fun. I loved that we got together to do something like that where we all participated in making someone else a little happier. You rock for putting that together. Maybe we can make May Day baskets.
