- going for a walk around the lake today - appreciating the peace around me - taking pictures, taking in the beautiful view and scenery, fresh air, hiking trails, meditation and talks with Buddha, deep thoughts and reconnecting within.. Loving the sunshine, warmth on my skin, and the smiles of people passing...a very wonderful outdoor adventure on my own today - and just what i needed to get back in the game...

- my boss offering to help with being a personal trainer to me for some sessions - being a body builder he knows his stuff, and also a co-worker who also offered, and between the two of them i'm looking forward to developing a great program for me to lose the rest of my weight, and target the areas that i struggle with most..

- a moment with my godmother today, while out at the lake, who passed away in 2000.. i still talk to her, and share all of my moments, because i feel her with me each and everyday, and i spent so much time with her family until she passed.... She means a great deal to me, as my godmother, my aunt and as the kindhearted human being she was.. ♥ someone i respect and love very much...

- being told i'm a goodgirl..Something about hearing that from Daddy makes me smile from the inside out.. very proud to be His babygirl..
