Decided to buy myself a hot chocolate this morning ~ note to self, do NOT do that ever again! The sugar in it threw my system completely off; with only drinking water and like one diet coke a day I'm not used to the straight sugar anymore so it looks like my body (and I) do not really want that kind of crap in my body! For me considering how heavy into sugar I was before I started drinking water, its been two weeks and its like I don't have the urge to have it at all now ........... this is a HUGE breakthrough for me and I am quite proud of myself
