Today, i went for a 2 hour hike with a friend of mine..
We went to the lake and hiked the trails, lots of conversation and lots of laughs.
i, too, love beats when i am working out..
i do love all kinds of music, i have such varied tastes..
but my workouts, hard beats get me moving good!!
(& helps with doing housework too, hehe)
