Look at the post and see that there are four icons to the bottom right of every post. If you hold your cursor over them, you will find that there is a quote, multi-quote, quick reply and thanks button. If you just want to respond to one post, click either the quote or quick reply button, complete your post and submit. If you want to respond to multiple posts, click the multi-quote button for all the posts and, on the last one, you can either click the regular quote and it will bring up all the posts in the order you clicked them or you can click the reply button after all of them which is on the left bottom side of your screen.
