Sketti with garlic bread....I used the whole grain thin sketti noodles, opened a jar of creamy vodka sauce, added a lb. of that awesome grain fed local beef my GF brought me...and was it ever yummo...and I have a huge bowl of that to go with the half huge bowl of salad I have left..everything in it but the kitchen sink salad...lol
