So the pounds are just barely trickling off, but I'm happy with the decreasing belly measurement....a total of 2 inches so far.
I plugged in to shoot for losing 1.5 pounds per week, but I'm only managing 1 per week.

I'm doing pushups everyday (along with some other calisthenics), and those may be adding just enough muscle mass to slow down the appearance of weight loss.
Regardless of what it is, my primary goal is trimming down my gut; and it seems I'm definitely heading in the right direction!
