I would change my degree program to Art History

Mrs. Melita, for fostering my self assurance. Mr. Marcinec for my love of literature. Mr. Kurdt for being my introduction to the world of gay, and developing my critical thinking skills. Bev Brumm for teaching me "breathe and know you're breathing" and "seeing and hearing" - skills I've used nearly every day since.
6. What do you really want to be doing right now?
Sipping coffee on the veranda, over looking the sea.
7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A fashion designer. And an actor.
8. How many colleges did you attend?
One, for my degree. One, for a non-degree program.
9. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?
It is the softest bamboo cotton and comfort is key today.
10. What are your thoughts on gas prices?
I miss public transport. A lot.
11. If you could move anywhere and take someone with you where would it be?
Hawai'i. Or back to London. Or both - when I win the lottery.

black & lacy, I like the modernized french knickers that fit close, sit on the hip and have a high cheeky cut on the bum

vacuuming. no.more.pets.ever.

Absolutely, some of my best jobs have been unpaid.
18. Get up early or sleep in?
Sleep-In!!! It's not the actual time I get up that concerns me. It's the getting up at my leisure and getting my day started at my own pace, that I prefer.
19. What is your favorite cartoon character?
I'm quite keen on the Shaun the Sheep at the moment
20. Favorite thing to do at night with a partner?
A nice meal. A great film. Or to bed early with a good book (I won't actually read)

Plenty of it.

a local place called 'Bread Euphoria' that makes amazing paninis on fresh bread

in rotation: greek yogurt, fruit, coffee, produce, chicken, nuts, goldfish crackers, and lately frozen greek yogurt.
26. Beach or lake?
Beach, lake or river. If the water is clean and I can swim and/or kayak, I'm happy.
27. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
No.
28. Coolest thing you own?
A signed drawing by Chris Ofilli in the front cover of my catalog for his exhibit at the Venice Biennale in 2003. I swooned when he drew it.
30. Favorite movie you wouldn't want anyone to find out about?
I'm kind of a film-snob... I think the cheesiest of my favorite films are 'Love Actually' or the first SATC film, and I don't care who knows it. But when I was a pre-teen I used to watch 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' over and over and over again....(very early, very 80s - SJP and Helen Hunt)
31. What's your drink?
A vodka and soda with a splash of lime. Or a glass of nice bubbly.
32. What do you think of Wikileaks?
I support the intention with which wikileaks was founded.
33. One country you never want to go to?
Jamaica. And several other places where violence against queers is rampant, glorified and legal.
34. Who from high school would you like to run in to?
I'm in touch with most of the people I care to be in touch with...I'm currently debating whether I will or will not attend my 20th H.S. reunion this summer.
35. What radio station is your car radio tuned to right now?
WFCR - our local NPR station.
36. Is it better to give or to receive?
It is best to be able to do both with sincerity and grace.

Viva La Shower! Always! And forever! (I lived abroad for 7-years without a shower, I don't care if I ever have another bath)

There are a few. Alas they were hard, painful lessons that I needed to learn.

No one sits across from me. And I like it that way.

I think I would find Eleanor Roosevelt a very inspiring dinner companion.

Is it warm? Both please.

Spectacularly. In stunt car fashion. 4-years ago, almost to the day.

Yes.

I have a couple started at the moment but the last one I finished was 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close' by Jonathan Safran Foer.
45. Something you've kept from childhood?
NewBun, the polyester replacement bunny my mother made when she got rid of Bun (or FrankenBun, as she called him).
46. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
Hanging over the railing, over the edge of steep cliff, above the river at my Uncle Tom's camp; which isn't strange at all if you grew up in my family...but might be a bit odd to the rest of the world.
47. Somewhere you've never been and would like to go?
I have a running list: Reykjavik, Tulum, Thailand, New Zealand, Tasmania, Sicily, Berlin, Prague, Macchu Pichu, The Canadian Rockies by train...
48. Do you go to church?
Only for christenings, weddings and funerals - as required.

I could *reallllly* use a new career. REALLY.
