For supper tonight and since it has been more like fall around here rather than a late spring or summer night, I made this vegetable medley - don't know to call it really.

I seared sliced russet potatos, baby carrots, sweet onion, gala apples, broccoli, fresh ginger, roasted cloves of garlic and sweet red peppers in a base of Coconut oil and seasoned with a dash of sea salt, cinnamon and cracked pepper-corns. I also toasted some bread to go with it (a loaf of oat bran sour dough covered in rolled oats).
