I have been eating primally for about a year now. My budget does not allow me to go with the organic, hormone free meat, unless I shoot it myself. I try to get as many organic vegetables and fruit as I can but not opposed to eating conventional.

The primal fitness stuff is good though I do like to ride my bike almost everyday.
