When the pipes are dripping down behind the wall into the apartment below and the landlord comes in to do repairs and doesn't listen to you say, "the washers on the handles are not sealing so I am having to tighten down harder than need be," one would think he would replace the washers. Nope instead he patched the pipes and called it good.

Now he has to come back because they are dripping again. Why? Oh because I am still having to tighten down the handles after showers because the washers still don't seal which in turn has obviously twisted the pipes enough to cause them to drip behind the wall... AGAIN!!

I just don't get his line of reasoning
