Good morning all!
Doctor finally decided to treat me for thyroid, been taking the meds for a week now and have noticed my energy level is increasing. I most certainly am not so fricken tired that is for sure.
He is also treating me for gout which is also a form of arthritis and the cause of my pain.
While I let my body adjust to these medications I have gone back to eating healthier. Lots of chicken and salads, with some red meat thrown in for good measure.
I will be making some of my turkey chili to freeze so I can just heat it up and go.
The next couple of weeks are going to be crazy busy. The week before I leave to go back east I will be in training with my job. We don't have enough staff to NOT have to work after 8 to 9 hours of training so my days are going to be LONG so healthy food choices are going to be important.
Good luck to everyone and keep up the great work!
