Just came back from getting a B12 shot...
A total of 54 lbs have been lost....
46 left to go to the goal.....
I also start a new engagement where I will be
west of Chicago from Sunday until Thursday night.
I just also stopped at the gym and Al the Russian
gave me a hard time but I let him know that I had been
on the road and was going back.
The Residence Inn I am staying at is providing me a
full size kitchenette with full size fridge - I won't
have to make difficult food decisions!
I am starting to make lists of kitchen things I
CANNOT live without!
Hang in there all....keep on trucking!
