A Friend sent me this recently:

"Our tools as a dominant consist of many things: Firstly we need the the ability to listen, its vital that we have creativity, assertiveness, responsibility, predictability, integrity, magnanimity, imagination, a sense of humor and I think most importantly clear vision. You need to understand what success looks like and how to achieve it. Vision and the ability to act on that vision within a shared field is a vital element in seduction.
