the hamburgers mum used to make on a Friday night when we were kids:

* STEAMED buns
* lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded cabbage, tomato sauce
* poached egg
* beetroot

YUMMY

Sometimes when I'm flying out of NZ, I'll have a Kiwiburger at McDs (hmmm probably shouldn't admit to McDs...)
