Hmm, this is slightly disheartening. Since my promotion 4 months ago, I’ve been putting in at minimum 4 hours of OT every day to make sure the job is completed before I leave. 60+ hours at work every week, (always on my feet and moving) is burning me out and is not leaving me much time for myself as it is. I’m not sure how much more I can step it up. I’m sure I can…just not sure if I want to. Currently I am more dedicated to work than myself. I think that needs to reverse.
