Oooh I'm so with you on the pain front, thankfully my major hurty bits behaved themselves relatively well last night and I got a full nights sleep for a change.

Have you had cortisone injections into any of your joints? ...I'm having cortisone in my shoulders tomorrow and I can't say I'm looking forward to it
