2 gorgeous organic eggs, from very happy chickens who run free in the sunshine along the mighty Rio Grande~

cooked gently in virgin organic coconut oil, stored in glass from a land far far away

green tea with lemon

more lemon water, obviously more organic lemons and the water I purified... with a bit of alkaline pleasure

did not even forget my vitamins to make up for our depleted soils and what not~

a bright vivid sparkling sort of day, a great day in the land of enchantments!
