Grilled hamburgers topped with grilled portobellos, and Tillamook pepper jack cheese, on a bed of lettuce, instead of a bun. I'm dipping each bite in a little bit of sauce (Mayo, dijon mustard, and horseradish)...Yum!

Admittedly, they would taste even better if dinner included a show...Like watching my Butch show off her own grilling skills...Just with the burgers Handsome, I'm not indicating that I would ever ask you to grill the evil portobellos...
