in fact all weekend long I'm going to find creative ways to try that sicilian lemon white balsamic vinegar...a spinach salad, toasted pine nuts and a homemade sicilian lemon balsamic and tuscan herb olive oil dressing, maybe grilled sea bass filets with diced peaches, capers and basted with the balsamic ...a tiny drizzle over homemade blackberry granita...
